Message from your Student Adviser, Gill Robertson

Well, the holidays are nearly over and I do hope that you managed to get away or at least have a break from it all.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council has reported on its consultation of the pre-registration review and you can find more information on the NMC website.
The Scottish Government are running a conference on attrition and in light of Darzi the Department of Health, England are looking at a full review of student support. To enable us, as the RCN, to have accurate information for both of these pieces of work we are launching our student survey today.
It won't take long to complete and it would be great if you and your colleagues could respond to give us an accurate picture of what is happening out there.
